RETURNS POLICY

We want you to adore your Penny Swimwear pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

01. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To initiate a return, email us at INFO@PENNYBIKINI.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

02. AUSTRALIA RETURNS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and have all tags and liners intact. Items must be free from any odors, perfumes, makeup, or deodorant marks. Australia returns are free of charge. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label after your return is authorized.

03. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The same item conditions apply for international returns. A flat return shipping fee of $56 AUD will be deducted from your refund for DHL return shipping. New Zealand returns incur a $36 AUD deducted fee. Returns are processed via DHL Express Courier.

04. RETURN FEES

Return shipping costs vary by region and are deducted from your total refund amount. Below is a summary of applicable fees:
AUSTRALIA: FREE NEW ZEALAND: $36 AUD INTERNATIONAL: $56 AUD

05. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery date
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
• Have all original tags and hygiene liners attached
• Be free from odors, perfumes, makeup, deodorant, and tanning marks
• Be returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

06. EXCHANGES

Due to our limited, handmade collections, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

07. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, less any applicable return shipping fees. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
