08. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free express shipping on all Australia orders, and free international express shipping on orders over $250 AUD. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping is processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm AEST. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, delivery may be subject to delay. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP P.O. BOXES.

09. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and have all tags and liners intact. We do not offer direct exchanges; a refund and re-order process applies.
