HOW TO MEASURE
Bust Circumference: Thread tape measure under your arms, around your back and across the fullest part of your bust. Once you have the tape measure lined up, relax your arms at either side.
Waist Circumference: Your natural waistline is the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button and below your rib cage. Run the tape measure around your waist (like a belt), keeping it straight.
Lower Hip: Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Measure the fullest part of your bottom and upper thighs, not around your hip bones. Ensure the tape is straight around your body.
HELPFUL TIPS
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string length with a ruler. Tape should be horizontal all around, and fit close to the body. These are tips to measure your body, not the garment.

Returns
We want you to adore your Penny Swimwear pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How do I return my order?
To begin a return, contact our customer service team via the email below within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Australia Returns
We are happy to accept exchanges or returns for items that are in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
- Tags and liners must still be attached
- Free from any odours, including perfumes
Returns will only be accepted if the item meets these criteria, if so you will receive a refund. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.
Australia returns are free of charge.
International Returns
We are happy to accept exchanges or returns for items that are in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Please note, the return shipping fee for DHL, priced at $56 AUD, will be deducted from your refund.

Care instructions
Caring for your swimwear properly will help it last longer and keep its shape, elasticity, and colour intact. Here are some tips for taking care of your swimwear:
- Rinse immediately after use with cold water — After every swim, rinse your swimsuit with cool water to remove chlorine, saltwater, sand, and sunscreen. This helps prevent any build-up of chemicals or salt, which can damage the fabric over time.
- Hand wash only — Avoid using a washing machine, as it can be too rough on the fabric and cause stretching or fading. Instead, gently hand wash your swimsuit in cold water with a mild detergent. You can also use a detergent specifically designed for swimwear. Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Don't wring or twist — After washing, gently press out excess water from your swimsuit, but never wring or twist the fabric. Doing so can stretch and distort the material. Lay it flat on a clean towel to dry, in the shade.
- Minimise sunscreen or tanning oil contact — Sunscreens, especially those containing high levels of oils, can stain swimwear and break down the fabric. Be mindful of where you apply sunscreen, and if possible, allow it to absorb fully before putting on your swimsuit.
- Avoid rough surfaces — Be mindful of rough surfaces, like concrete, rocks, or poolside edges, that can snag or damage the fabric. Always sit or lie on a towel if you're at the pool or beach.
